Delivery
We process and dispatch orders within 1-2 working days from our fulfilment partners in The Netherlands. We do not process and dispatch orders on Saturdays and Sundays. The working week for our warehouse is Monday - Friday. All orders ship from The Netherlands.
Processing times in December will alter slightly due to a higher demand. The warehouse will be closed on Wednesday 25th December, Thursday 26th December and Wednesday 31st December. Tuesday 24th December and Tuesday 31st December our warehouse will operate on a reduced day and so might not dispatch all items placed that day. During this busy period we cannot guarantee our usual delivery times. Please consider that your order may experience some delays. Customs and import duties for 'UK' deliveries:
Young children's clothing in the UK is currently 0% VAT rated. Customs may charge duty clearance on your order while applying 0% VAT. If you have any doubts please contact us on hello@main-story.com

Shipping to EUROPE:
The Netherlands - £5.00 ( 1-3 days ) - using Post NL/ DPD
Rest of Europe - £10.00 ( 2-5 days ) - UPS Standard/ Fedex International Standard
REST OF WORLD:
UPS Express Saver/ Fedex International Standard - £25.00 (3-6 days)

Due to increases in seasonal demand and factors beyond our control, there may be occasional times when longer delivery times occur. Please note that additional delays may occur with our shipping partners due to the current global situation.
Customs and import duties for 'REST OF WORLD' deliveries:
Please note that customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; if you require further information regarding this, we advise that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note:
If a customer refuses delivery of their parcel, or if they fail to facilitate the delivery due to their absence to accept delivery or failure to communicate with the shipping company for clearance procedure, and the parcel is returned to us by the shipping company then any costs that we encounter will be deducted from the amount that will/may be refunded. Parcels returned to our warehouse will be processed and refunded after 14 days - this is to allow us to calculate all customs and import duty charges that will be placed on the parcel for its return back into The Netherlands.
